I sometimes get really bad dreams… borderline nightmares. And when i am having these sort of dreams, i am not able to wake up from them. Then i wake up in eventually wake up and the sun is going down and im in a cold sweat and my chest is pounding and my anxiety on max… such a distressing way to wake up.

You have to make light of the situation in the moment.I had a dream where I was in this ladies kitchen, and her pet that was a head with a really long tongue (used to get around) came over to me, and it locked itself up my arm... anyway, I was frightened and a little peeved because I was in this state of awareness that I knew it was me in another reality, so I snapped and just started saying "You're like a child... you're like a puppy" and it just felt like a kitchen again.
