It seems like the whole industry has universally agreed it's the most practical open carry holster for handguns.
I don't think it'll be replaced till exosuits becomes a thing in the future and I doubt that's happening with robots on the horizon.

SKS and nuggets don't really lend themselves to ludicrous accessorization fetish shit, it's obviously not physically impossible to slap rail and gucci whatever on it but that era definitely prioritized doing stuff with guns and money going to ammo and the like vs getting the fanciest shit for safe queen social media pictures. Like a lot of things really, I think it's 100% natural and human to yearn to be unlimited, yet in reality it seems that a lot of creativity and fun and basic aspects of ourselves work best when we're tightly limited on resources and forced to be creative and make the most of what we've got. Ever more power hasn't made computer software endlessly better and more creative, or childhood for that matter. I'm glad I grew up in an era with minimal electronics and a lot of our summer days was biking to swimming holes or going out with buddies and making forts in the woods or taking a bb or 22 and blapping squirrels or cans.

Negro, you best be fuckin' trolling. It's the EXACT same mechanism.
The parts are shaped a bit differently, that's true. But the function of every part is 100% identical. Every part in the Fagnus is mirrored in the Colt, and every part serves the exact same function, even if they're shaped a little differently.
The ONLY functional difference between the lockwork in these two revolvers is that Colt added a hammer block safety, of a type that's directly ripped off from S&W.

Shooter's kit won't be good unless you do a detailed visual inspection and/or NDT. Hairline cracks can be hard to detect.
The rifle spent 75 years getting pounded. Just because you're shooting it now with reduced gas, doesn't mean that it won't damage the rifle further. Once metal is overstressed, it's significantly weakened.
G41s make better shooters, honestly.

>So enlighten me. What is the case?
Post-slavery, Southerners wanted free labor, but they couldn't use slaves "except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted", so they weaponized the law. Renting out labor afterwards drove their economy. This became a full industry, driving migration northward.
Later, the state saw the Civil Rights leaders maintaining multiple interconnected militias across the populated parts of the country large enough to challenge it, then linking with poor whites, questioning capitalism, and flirting with black internationalism. Massively spooked, so it spread drugs around and criminalized them to erode power via mass incarceration. Kids and adults alike were taken, and the women were manipulated to produce and gut bastards on the largest scale the world had ever seen.
The armed groups were maligned, infiltrated, set against each other, and used to burn manpower.
Meanwhile, taxpayer funding mechanisms intentionally isolated majority-black neighborhoods, and the private sector offered few real opportunities. Lobbyists worked to maintain the prison pipeline, even after the manpower and energy of the population had burned out.

In the absence of a legitimate state and court, law became a private luxury, and each time an alternative appeared, the state was required to stomp it out so as not to feed a separatist movement. DAs are trying to change opinions with lenient applications now. They hope the fish will bite now and play their game instead of supporting organizations the state can't tolerate.

>They don’t couple well, their blah blah
Do subhumans like you ever have an original thought?
KYS.

"Muh neo-kkk" won't solve the problem. It only reinforces the illegitimacy of the state and makes people pray for gangsters to rise up and protect them because they remember a time when they could and don't understand why they can't anymore.
Also, everyone learned you can scare klan men off with gunfire.

>Why does everyone hate black rifle coffee company?
Partly because they are blatant grifters and partly because they pay money to anti-gun politicians

Why wouldn't something like pic related work fine as a "do everything" gun for a person living in the densely forested hills of Appalachia, where the power and ballistic advantage of a rifle simply isn't necessary?
>plinking will be good fun with the naturally subsonic .45
>definitely suitable for home defense
>easy enough to fit in a backpack, or take the can off and carry it on your person
>get some .45 Super for killing deer or hogs, or mess around with round ball loadings for taking small game or for pest control
Yes, it's true that rifles can be had for dirt cheap these days. And it's also true that there is no real reason to limit yourself to just one gun, especially a handgun. But in an autistic min-max fantasy where you literally can only own one gun and it has to be able to be carried 24/7/365, does a suppressed .45 automatic make sense? The only real downside I see here is that this is not the best option for summertime concealed carry in hot climates.

Nigger you are too dumb to even follow what I’m saying. You said JHPs don’t reliably expand. That was true 30 years ago. Not today.

As for OPs question, I asked him to post - pistol groups at 25 yards to answer his question. Absolutely shocked I got no response.

> 45 is slightly larger than .36
Correct. Weight has no bearing in this context since FMJ since both get plenty of penetration for the scenario described by OP.
>muh gel
I didn’t bring up gel tests. You did. Go ahead and try to show real world wound channels between 230gr .45 FMJ and 147gr (or even 115 or 124) 9mm FMJ where they have similar shot placement in similar tissue (people, animals, whatever).

We’re giving you shit because you’re acting like .45 is special for being “naturally subsonic”. Our counter arguments are so are many other calibers that are just as easy or easier to get. If you want to argue .45>9mm, ok. But that’s a different thread completely.

>>64734205
Make the grip out of steel and EDM the magwell, and you can feed a COAL of ~1.85” within a comfortable grip. That’s 221 fireball. And if you really wanted you can widen the case head, since there’s still room for a wider case without affecting grip comfort. 7.62x39 can be duplicated (with 110gr bullets) double stacked and fed through the grip. 5.7x28 and 4.6x30mm are nowhere near the limit of what is possible with mag-in-grip guns,

But yes, 5.56 MARS would go hard as fuck in an mp7. Way better than the diminutive 5.7

Similar mag length. But the gap between trigger guard and mag makes it look more proportionate than a 40rd AR's bar graph of 200% mag right next to 100% grip.
