>But people who don't play games, and are insecure about themselves and their image (tourists), don't know it's not actually a big issue to worry about, and even if they're told its not, will still try and pretend it is. Because thinking about image like that makes the world make sense to them, and means they can put themselves above another group of people who CLEARLY do bad wrongthink by pretending to be a female wizard in a ttrpg.

Sorry that happened to you bro. But this is actually the perfect lesson for wizards. If you don't retain control of your own shit, people will try their best to take it from you. Secrecy and solitude is a pretty good method of control. Start your own company/wizard's tower.

generals are the only thing keeping this board frmo becoming a flood of every single 40k, MTG, and D&D people can think of. the way it is now, it still leaks but is mostly contained. without generals this place would be nothing but nonstop slop with no way to discuss niche topics or games.

>Eldar aren't post-scarcity anymore, actually.
Technically they still are, especially the Commorites, but the Exodites actively reject it and Craftworlders practically don't have the means to reproduce their post-scarcity society, without resorting to the same shit Commorites do (which they don't want to do morally/ethically), due to the fact how post-Slaanesh the natural way to procreate for eldar is severely restricted due to the inherent dangers involved, and they are already an extremely slowly reproducing species to begin with, so they lack manpower to actually expand their craftworlds.
>>
>>97211911
even if the earth caste could make a suit of similar nature for their human subjects, most orthodox tau and especially ethereals would not trust them with it. you'd need an offshoot willing and able to take radical action like the farsight enclaves or the 4th sphere colonies to do that
>>

they have been physically expanding their craftworlds for the past 10 thousand years, it is population that has been generally decreasing

It depends on your top end. If your top end puts bullets in Hudie then HPD otherwise Ice Wall being a pseudo floodgate stops Hudiefags from playing their game and stopping Hudie from playing their game is a moral imperative for all moral humans no matter the method.

Crossroad witch is Yulin when she was younger, Digipolice Yulin is during the events of Seekers when she's in her late 30's/early 40's. This card specifically is based on the Seekers Prequel/Epilogue manga which was also done by the card artist.

The lotr range is a different scale due to some copyright thing were the Tolkien estate gave GW the green light to create minis, but it had to be a different scale to make it stand out from regular warhammer.
>>
>>97213727
that's not really the reason. the mesbg stuff was always sculpted with more realistic proportions like historicals, but they used to be the same height as WHFB and 40k. it's just the mesbg stuff stayed the same size while the mainline games got scale crept to hell.

Thread #01 Winter Wonderland.

Welcome to /un0/, an RP thread for playing a World of Darkness/Chronicles of Darkness Hunter. For any OOC questions about WoD/CofD, check the official general. >>97089644

Rules:
>We are acephale. There is no storyteller, we are not a quest.
>This thread is based primarily but not exclusively in the nWoD/CofD game Hunter: the Vigil. However, Vigil is defined by being highly setting agnostic, with a system for creating entirely custom monsters that do not exist in other WoD/CofD games. Thus, you have significant freedom in what you want to play and what you want to hunt. Feel free to play a member of the Society of Leopold, or a member of the Lucifuge hot on the tail of a Lasombra.
>Namefagging is encouraged but by no means mandatory.
>Keep in mind that even highly experienced Hunters typically only have fractured pieces of the puzzle, and every table has their own canon. The night is dark and full of misinformation.
>/un0/ is conceived of as an experimental end to end encrypted program that is very hard to compromise, retains very little data and purges that data regularly. Please play an actual Hunter.
>Spoiler any OOC discussion.

Happy hunting.

Who said anything about letting one go? Nobody. You can acknowledge someone's humanity while still understanding they need to die. Proper baseline humans like you or me do horrible things all the time without any supernatural assistance. It's childish and cowardly to hide behind the "they aren't people" excuse. They are people. They still gotta die because in order to persist, they regularly engage in something that exists between assault and rape, even if they've never killed an innocent.

I've been on a space kick recently and want to run a sci-fi space campaign as the GM. What are the best systems for a flexible gaming experience without the autistic complexity of something like Shadowrun? I'm looking for a system that can run "magic" (Psionics, occultists, dark gods, etc) and high-tech weaponry and ships and stuff as well as madness mechanics mutations, cybernetics, horror elements, etc. Visiting weird planets, dealing with intergalactic politics, smuggling goods, assassinations, dealing with alien cultures, learning dangerous magic and technology, etc. I also want the players help make the setting so I'd prefer a flexible system that can handle a multitude of scenarios with cool aliens and stuff.

I've heard of Traveler, Starfinder, etc, I just wanna know what system(s) I should focus on learning about first. I'd rather not run it in a Star Wars DnD conversion or Feelings and Lasers. This crowd usually plays DnD or very simple games but are open to other games too. Again I've tried Shadowrun and I'd rather a system that isn't over-complicated and just has the hacking take up 90% of the screentime.

Welcome to yet another glorious day in your officio station revered clerk of the Administratum.
Your efforts in compiling the information on [Vokaris Sector] and its eight subsectors have been further garnering plenty of praise from your peers and lords above your meager station, we implore you to resume your task to gather this stellar data about this sector in our glorious Imperium of Man
A brief reminder that as data comes in to your cogitator station via the servitors around you, you will have to compile it and make this sector whole again.
May the God Emperor continue to guide you clerk Anon.

Hello there, Anons of /tg/. If anyone is still interested in this fun project, here is the whole sector - updated with the discovered planets so far - where we can continue to create together, using the planet generator found on 1d6chan.

>Hereditary Dictator: The role of dictator is hereditary on this planet. When one person retires, a designated successor, usually a close relative, inherits their position. The successor holds absolute power over the law and their people upon coming of age. This transition is not always peaceful, and rarely seamless.
At some point this family either lost the planet to the Imperium, or lost the planet for the Imperium.

It sounds like a logistics hub. One anon larped as an inquisitor earlier and yeah, the loss of a munition's depot would've been devastating to the guard. This is way worse: the amount of hive, forge, and space stations in this sector would've made the loss of this planet felt far and wide. No wonder why this sector is a mess: there's a food shortage that has lasted for Emperor knows how long.

No worries, I know how it is to be disappointed by something that's supposed to be fun. My autism simply required me to observe that our "victory"--such as it was--had more legitimacy to it than "let's just pretend we got it".

If only we could pretend the book had been well-written. Kind of understand now why whoever scanned it couldn't be fucked to make sure they hadn't missed any pages.

I hope you didn't bite the bullet on those Purges anon, since full arts got confirmed for Rarity Collection 5 and Purge is one of them.

I feel like this edition has alot of objectively bad things about it and is absolutely where the alot of worst qualities of current editions showed up. But I feel like I prefer playing this edition compared to a lot of previous editions and 10th edition. Its a weird transitional period where there's still a lot of the old units that haven't been legended yet while still having the fucking Primaris lot. Its strange but I don't feel like I'm missing out on much staying on this edition and playing with friends casually instead of going back to playing the current edition.
