>>97211275There's no difference the "uprising" never happened, it's a PanOid psyop
>>97210508It's fucking stupid they won't decide on what it looks like. They have the art talent, why not pull the trigger?
Men who make/roleplay female characters, why do you? Why do you think it bothers /tg/ so much?>inb4 I don't because I'm not a faggut, hurr durr
>>97212165>But people who don't play games, and are insecure about themselves and their image (tourists), don't know it's not actually a big issue to worry about, and even if they're told its not, will still try and pretend it is. Because thinking about image like that makes the world make sense to them, and means they can put themselves above another group of people who CLEARLY do bad wrongthink by pretending to be a female wizard in a ttrpg. So, guys like >>97213118, then?
>>97213161Seems to be, without reading up the chain of presumably arguing fa/tg/uys trying to convince the other one that they're gay, and he's the center of adult masculinity.

As someone who hates these people, it's because it's always their fetish waifu. Every time.

>wizard invests fortune in spell research>doesn’t write an article about it>doesn’t allow peer review, never submits to journal >nothing is ever published And don’t get started on how few alumni of the magic academy ever come back to teach instead of going private.
>>97212155>As someone with patents that got kicked out of the tech startupSorry that happened to you bro. But this is actually the perfect lesson for wizards. NGL some of the stuff in this thread and a recent work meeting has me thinking you could have finance bros be the demons offering funding/dark pacts for power. In exchange for 10% of your soul you get 1,000 gold
>>97211518generals are the only thing keeping this board frmo becoming a flood of every single 40k, MTG, and D&D people can think of. the way it is now, it still leaks but is mostly contained. without generals this place would be nothing but nonstop slop with no way to discuss niche topics or games.
>>97214930you could "solve" this "problem" by creating /tgg/obviously this isn't going to happen because that would be retarded and it wouldn't help in any way

I don't get it, the Mwangi Expanse has received significant amounts of lore in PF2e, yet there's only one AP that is set there. What gives? It's been almost 5 years since the "Mwangi Expanse" book, and nothing is being done with the region.
>>97214901BLM didn't gain enough traction and Paizo doesn't want to overplay their hand with more spearchucker content.Besides, there's plenty of other places to make gay and retarded.
>>97214901What confuses me is how Sargava went from a pretty grimy Brazil-style colony to this strange, perfect geometry quasi-futuristic monolith of marbled megastructures.
It's such an obvious idea. Where are they?
>>97211911because GW realized it would cause to much of an uproar to give other factions space marines beyond the Imperium and Chaos, that being said Tau could probably do their own version of space marines for regular humans
>Where are they?up ur butt dumbo
>>97212479>Eldar aren't post-scarcity anymore, actually.Technically they still are, especially the Commorites, but the Exodites actively reject it and Craftworlders practically don't have the means to reproduce their post-scarcity society, without resorting to the same shit Commorites do (which they don't want to do morally/ethically), due to the fact how post-Slaanesh the natural way to procreate for eldar is severely restricted due to the inherent dangers involved, and they are already an extremely slowly reproducing species to begin with, so they lack manpower to actually expand their craftworlds.
>>97211911even if the earth caste could make a suit of similar nature for their human subjects, most orthodox tau and especially ethereals would not trust them with it. you'd need an offshoot willing and able to take radical action like the farsight enclaves or the 4th sphere colonies to do that
>>97213037>so they lack manpower to actually expand their craftworldsthey have been physically expanding their craftworlds for the past 10 thousand years, it is population that has been generally decreasing

>>97214289It depends on your top end. If your top end puts bullets in Hudie then HPD otherwise Ice Wall being a pseudo floodgate stops Hudiefags from playing their game and stopping Hudie from playing their game is a moral imperative for all moral humans no matter the method.
>>97214373Fine, this is what I played using just 2 of the Starter.
>>97212596You play it, K, and matador as splashes in other decks. Like you said, the engine doesn't actually work the way you think it should. You can play it in like, Mervanubis. Matador protects against board wipes, that's the main thing.
>>97214520Crossroad witch is Yulin when she was younger, Digipolice Yulin is during the events of Seekers when she's in her late 30's/early 40's. This card specifically is based on the Seekers Prequel/Epilogue manga which was also done by the card artist.

>>97212901>>97213718The lotr range is a different scale due to some copyright thing were the Tolkien estate gave GW the green light to create minis, but it had to be a different scale to make it stand out from regular warhammer.
>>97213727that's not really the reason. the mesbg stuff was always sculpted with more realistic proportions like historicals, but they used to be the same height as WHFB and 40k. it's just the mesbg stuff stayed the same size while the mainline games got scale crept to hell.

Thread #01 Winter Wonderland.Welcome to /un0/, an RP thread for playing a World of Darkness/Chronicles of Darkness Hunter. For any OOC questions about WoD/CofD, check the official general. >>97089644Rules:>We are acephale. There is no storyteller, we are not a quest. >This thread is based primarily but not exclusively in the nWoD/CofD game Hunter: the Vigil. However, Vigil is defined by being highly setting agnostic, with a system for creating entirely custom monsters that do not exist in other WoD/CofD games. Thus, you have significant freedom in what you want to play and what you want to hunt. Feel free to play a member of the Society of Leopold, or a member of the Lucifuge hot on the tail of a Lasombra. >Namefagging is encouraged but by no means mandatory. >Keep in mind that even highly experienced Hunters typically only have fractured pieces of the puzzle, and every table has their own canon. The night is dark and full of misinformation.>/un0/ is conceived of as an experimental end to end encrypted program that is very hard to compromise, retains very little data and purges that data regularly. Please play an actual Hunter. >Spoiler any OOC discussion.Happy hunting.
>>97211290One more to round out New year's sounds fitting.
>>97212724Who said anything about letting one go? Nobody. You can acknowledge someone's humanity while still understanding they need to die. Proper baseline humans like you or me do horrible things all the time without any supernatural assistance. It's childish and cowardly to hide behind the "they aren't people" excuse. They are people. They still gotta die because in order to persist, they regularly engage in something that exists between assault and rape, even if they've never killed an innocent.
>Dovraga s Michiganom, dovraga s Crkvom i Orguljama, a Leopoldov red može trunuti u paklu. Amerika je velika Jezabela i radujem se što ću je vidjeti kako gori.Anyone know about anyone hiring boots? Just got off an absolute shit of a job and I got three boys from San Paulo who went through an absolute nightmare. Currently laying over in Detroit. I've got 18 years under my belt and the boys got the full treatment. Vatreno Krštenje. Gonna train them into proper workers. Also if anyone on the same job is reading this you're free to try and link up with us. Unless you're one of the Air-Force/ICE rejects. I'll bury you myself if you show your face.
I've been on a space kick recently and want to run a sci-fi space campaign as the GM. What are the best systems for a flexible gaming experience without the autistic complexity of something like Shadowrun? I'm looking for a system that can run "magic" (Psionics, occultists, dark gods, etc) and high-tech weaponry and ships and stuff as well as madness mechanics mutations, cybernetics, horror elements, etc. Visiting weird planets, dealing with intergalactic politics, smuggling goods, assassinations, dealing with alien cultures, learning dangerous magic and technology, etc. I also want the players help make the setting so I'd prefer a flexible system that can handle a multitude of scenarios with cool aliens and stuff. I've heard of Traveler, Starfinder, etc, I just wanna know what system(s) I should focus on learning about first. I'd rather not run it in a Star Wars DnD conversion or Feelings and Lasers. This crowd usually plays DnD or very simple games but are open to other games too. Again I've tried Shadowrun and I'd rather a system that isn't over-complicated and just has the hacking take up 90% of the screentime.
>>97198206Very nice OPYou fished me right inI haven't played anything in a long time but can try to track something down for you I remember seeing a few things that could vaguely fit your description
>>97212786Wow okay I found one pretty quick actually ever heard of Stars Without Number?
>>97212838Oops didn't control fDerp, that has indeed already been mentionedUh Savage Worlds maybe could perhaps fit looks solidGonna go wake up a bit then gather art need more Dai, I'll be lurking
This isn't exactly what OP is asking for but base Classic Traveller is super simple mechanically and will handle any scifi level from "present day, present time" up to the level of a few dozen habitable systems spread over a few hundred parsecs.
>>97198206I have a game I'm almost finished with, but its vibes are less grimdark sci-fi, and more Guardians of the Galaxy, or Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets.

>>97214495>Hereditary Dictator: The role of dictator is hereditary on this planet. When one person retires, a designated successor, usually a close relative, inherits their position. The successor holds absolute power over the law and their people upon coming of age. This transition is not always peaceful, and rarely seamless. At some point this family either lost the planet to the Imperium, or lost the planet for the Imperium.2d12 for what they used to Import/Export
Rolled 1, 1 = 2 (2d12)>>97214524It could've been a Rogue Trader stronghold. It would explain the hereditary nature of succession.

One anon larped as an inquisitor earlier and yeah, the loss of a munition's depot would've been devastating to the guard. This is way worse: the amount of hive, forge, and space stations in this sector would've made the loss of this planet felt far and wide. No wonder why this sector is a mess: there's a food shortage that has lasted for Emperor knows how long.

I feel like this edition has alot of objectively bad things about it and is absolutely where the alot of worst qualities of current editions showed up. But I feel like I prefer playing this edition compared to a lot of previous editions and 10th edition. Its a weird transitional period where there's still a lot of the old units that haven't been legended yet while still having the fucking Primaris lot. Its strange but I don't feel like I'm missing out on much staying on this edition and playing with friends casually instead of going back to playing the current edition.
