Possible, but not ideal. I'm assuming you know this because you're asking in the first place.

I printed several Old World and One Page Rules armies on an A1 mini with a .2mm nozzle. Look for scans or remakes of super old models, their chunkiness is a boon here. There's also models specifically designed for FDM "supportless" printing. They'll look fine on a tabletop, but if someone picks one up and starts looking for the right things, they'll be able to tell it's printed. So don't expect to sneak into official GW tournaments with them. Otherwise, it's fine.

If you have specific models in mind, you may need resin. The One Page Rules official models are perfect examples of models designed specifically for resin. They're a bitch and a half to print on FDM.

"Clunky" is not the only axis on which to evaluate a system --- not for everyone, at least. BECMI is clunky in a bad way: bad design decisions, unplaytested, and so on, and while ACKS is clunkier, it is much more carefully playtested and designed.

Now of course if for you it's very important that a system be less clunky, ACKS is a step in the wrong direction. But if you're fine with *some* clunkiness, it's a massive improvement over BECMI, that is very mediocre in the later books.

Personally, I'd NEVER use the domain, mass combat, unarmed combat, or weapon mastery rules from BECMI. They're all just bad with no redeeming quality.

Most of the time yes, but there are still a handful of Tamers that gain memory at Start of Your Turn or when you move a Digimon out of raising that would conflict with TS, mostly old ones.

Garuda X kind of did deserve that considering how much work it did for the guil-phoenix builds. Pair bans are interesting, but should not be done too often as it makes deck building much more complicated and the way Bandai shows bans and limits is terrible. The bans break the guil engine, which was the goal. The guil combo deck is dead with the bans, gallant decks are fine, megidra is probably dead too

My friend is really into the books and got all the RPG stuff as early as possible. Personally I think the art in the book looks like the absolute blandest slop imaginable, all of the worst aspects of modern DnD, just completely dead and soulless. I wana get into solo games so I can have my elf autism without screens. I’m admittedly pretty retarded when it comes to mechanics and running combat encounters.
