Yes. It's a DLC and there's no way to just buy it and not purchase the standard game first.

Although you can just get the singleplayer tarkov mod.

Get close to maxing the other ACFT events too or you're going to get laughed at.
>>
>>64746329
Shit my bad, thought that said 22 minute 2 mile.
Go for it. Test your 5mi time and aim for 37:30 or below like I said, and look to be able to max or nearly max (>95pts) all AFT events (especially deadlift, it's kinda the "thing" to be good at for Rangers). At RASP you will be smoked when doing most of the gated events, so you want to comfortably exceed the standards before attending to ensure you can pass it all. Ex. be able to do a 12 miler in ~2:30 with 50-60lbs and you should comfortably pass even after getting smoked at Cole Range beforehand.
That said, keep in mind that you will have all of OSUT plus however long you spend in pre RASP before you actually do any of this. Your cardio will likely improve in OSUT because you'll be forced to run a lot more.

is literally one of the best bases in the Army.
Did you ever PCS there?

I am about to import 80,500 of these indian hesbee 22 short single shot handguns. They are currently in transit being shipped from India.

They have sat in storage as they were built in 1959 as gunlaws became more restricted in India.

If you were in my shoes, how do I make this business venture successful.

I purchased each pistol at 2160 rupees (around 24$) and they cost me ($1500 for import and $5000 in shipping) so i am in for abit under $2mil.

Do you think people will actually buy these or should I put my house for sale ASAP?

What sort of business plan did you present to get a $2 million loan? I own a business, never had business loan nor shopped one but I get emails/letters nonstop offering them and the requirements for even $50-250k loans are crazy, can't imagine what a multi-million loan entails.

Immaterial to that, I agree with the guy that said you should package deals. If you sold 5 for like $200-300, I'd definitely buy 10 of these. I'd be stashing them all around my house for the fuck of it. Taking a shit? Got a gun within reach. Tinkering in the garage? Got a gun within reach. Organizing the attic? Got a gun within reach.
>>
>>64743093
It'll make a difference on older guns, you're looking at pressures and velocities many of these chintzy old pieces were never made for, if some old cheap thing like this isn't EXPLICITLY labelled or marketed as being chambered for .22 Long Rifle, I would not push my luck with that.

Like the other anon's example, someone probably did shoot Stangers or Minimags or something in that H&R, and it didn't explode, but it busted up the forcing cone, and premature wear and parts breakage is what I'd expect. Hell, even on many old .22LR guns, they aren't all necessarily up for tolerating the modern high velocity stuff either.

>>64746512
Raffles, kits, and package deals, are probably his only salvation with this situation.
These are not valuable or historically notable, but they can have a limited utility value in their very base function, and for being very cheap.

I would suggest using the really low price point as an advantage, $50 is too high of a price for these, but you'd probably be able to move these at a somewhat steady pace at like $35/gun, and with Buy 2, Get 1 Free deals.
>>
>>64742593

>should I put my house for sale ASAP?

Sell your house, buy an RV, tour the country visiting gun shows every weekend. No reason you couldn't sell over a hundred of these things at a decent sized 2-day show.

I just spent forever (fucking weeks) trying to buy fully legal parts for an AR15 in Washington so I made www.compliantarms.com over the weekend to make it easier for others.

It aggregates AR15 parts listings that will ship to Washington from a few of the biggest firearms sites. For example, the only PSA listings on there are complete uppers since for whatever reason that’s all they’ll send.

Have seen others having problems finding websites that ship as well so I figure it’s needed but do you guys think I should expand it to more states and more categories?

We have just seen the US carry out Operation Absolute Resolve, a flawless raid in Venezuela but there's so much more than what meets the eye.
The fact that the Nightstalkers could just infil and exfil on gunships guns blazing is insane in the era of gay drones and MANPADS.
They didn't even have to worry about the overall IADS. IR dazzlers or just shooting back was very effective against any fuckers that tried to get a shot off. More than half of the air assets in theater being SIGINT and EW just shows the importance of spectral dominance in addition to SEAD and as SEAD itself. It's obvious Growlers used their brand spanking new mid-band Growler pods to jam fire control radars, F-35s used their Barracuda suites, but what the EC-130H's were doing could be anyone's guess. But the power went out and that says something.

The easily accessible spots end at about your 10 and 2 o'clock. I keep tourniquets, a radio, and frag pouches up there. Anything big under your armpits is doable but not comfortable to wear and very annoying to access. Especially with side plates. I try to keep that clear if at all possible. Anything at the very back is nearly impossible to access but mostly out of the way. I keep my primary IFAK on the back left but that's a welfare queen SOP thing.

You dont have to be skilled or effective to do damage, if you need an example then give a three year old a hammer and see how long it takes them to break something
The russians are like a horde of locusts, consuming and destroying everything they touch. Serious rearmanent is neccesary to ensure that when they do attack as little European soils as possible is tainted by thier presence, and as little European blood as possible is spilled in driving them off

Is it normal for a bit of lead to shave off when pressing the bullets in?
Also I accidentally seated one bullet about 3mm too deep but these are mostly empty powderpuff 44 loads so that’s not dangerous, right?

FPBP
>>
>>64747190
Yes but not how your bullets look. Something is slightly off with your loading process. Not enough to be dangerous to fire but not right. Did you resize the cases?

We all know what a typical chamber pressure plots look like, pic related.
We also know that the bullet energy is basically the area under the plot.

Now, why don't we make a combination powder with fast + slow powder so instead of a triangular shape the pressure curve looks more like a rectangle? This way we can maintain high chamber pressures all the way until the muzzle. We could achieve significant area under the curve increases with this, as much as +50% compared to traditional powders that have very little pressure left over by the time the bullet gets to the muzzle.

How about attaching a solid chunk of powder (G11 style solid propellant) to the base of the bullet?
>>
>>64746617
Sure, that could work. Anything that delays the ignition of some of the powder until after the main pressure peak has subsided would do the job.
>>
>>64744076
Clearly the powder would mix if there is any free space in the cartridge. However, with compressed loads the powder will stay in place.

Considering now tankers have become a valid target for boarding and maybe sinking.
Do you have under war laws to mark it if you put missiles on it or can you just hide it until the enemy is in range if they try something?

If the weapons were openly displayed, sure, it's legal. It does however have serious ramifications regarding docking and transit rights. Turkey for instance would be able to take the stance that armed merchant vessels cannot transit the Bosporous and if one tried to force passage could sink it without ramifications. It would also cause any insurer to charge exorbitant rates (if one could be found), assuming any of these vessels are even carrying insurance. People have been openly arming merchantmen since the dawn of seafaring. It's doing it secretly that's considered illegal under Maritime law because that's shit that pirates do.
>>
>>64746745
Yes it is legal. But it must be in the open, not hidden, and your ship follow the laws of the sea. If they're hidden, or you are doing hinky shit like running under a false flag then you can be sunk on sight by literally any other ship that wants a piece of you. Or captured, and the ship, its cargo, and its crew sold off as legal booty.
>>
>>64746868
>rules doesn't matter as-is
This isn't true. What's happening is the US and GB are deciding to actually enforce the laws of the sea instead of letting most violations just slide.

The tactical gear in that show felt odd for a reason. It's meant to look like future gear from the perspective of the past, which is why Weyland Commandos are dressed in black instead of multicam. It's meant to be an impression of 'futuristic' police like forces in an age of 'futuristic CRT monitors'. Much like how the USCM has awkward, clunky, (and frankly ugly) sci fi soldier gear with random shoulder pads and "in the pipe, five by five" lingo
