In the first movie they make it out like that tree is LITERALLY the only place that they live, but since they're scattered off the planet it downgrades the event to the equivalent of burning a village down. Still bad mind, but far less so. I'm also not entirely sure what the events prior to the start of the first movie were like, but given that the Na'vi were decently hostile even towards the avatars, it doesn't exactly paint them as saints. Both sides absolutely made mistakes in that movie, but we only really get one side of the story and the movie is kinda deliberately presented in a way to avoid making the humans seem sympathetic.

BDSA's only use case is going for YOLO highrolls and hoping you get an absurd number of 10s.Overall, at your best you have 15 successes per average over seven rolls against Difficulty 5 for a total of 70~77 successes, which is about what it takes to craft Artifact 4s.
