I switched from high caffeine energy drinks to low caffeine energy drinks mixed with some fruit juice and I feel.... more naturally awake. Energy drinks were cool when I was more sensitive to caffeine and that alertness made me feel more focused at work, but after experiencing hard crashes and harder time waking up I realized I didn't need that hyper focus every shift. I just needed something to make me feel awake :)
