We made a custom scenario based on an idea from a Yaktribe and called it a 'Power Struggle'. There are 5 neutral generators spaced 6" away from each other on the battlefield. With a basic action you can capture a neutral generator (no test required) or re-capture an enemy generator (a successful INT test is required). Alternatively you can attack and destroy generators, they have T5 and W3, no armour.
At the end of the 6-th round whoever controls more generators wins. If there is only 1 gang remaining, the game lasts one additional round then ends.

Alternatively, there is a great scenario concept which GW suggested in a "random scenario generator" they've done a while ago: there are 2 'critter swarms' markers which you can interact with by making a basic action to gain a VP, after which the swarm runs away 3D6" (I don't remember what happens when it crossed the border of the battlefield, but we've ruled out that it appears in the centre and keeps moving in the same direction). Whoever has more VP at the end of 6th round wins. This one is probably my favourite, as it often results in a very chaotic games.

3 FFA games are almost never fun, its either a an early team-up and 2v1 or two gangs duking it out till death (due to one of the players having a beef with another even pre-game, like campaign grudges) while the third gang enjoys the show while eating popcorn and wipes out the remaining survivors in the end.

I straight out think that a fun 3 FFA scenario is impossible, unless all three players actively try to keep attacking each other equally.

Anyway infantry already got pretty owned by mechs becoming the premier weapons platform, but battle armor removed even their niche benefits. The one upside to infantry is that they are cheap and expendable, which is not an upside for the infantry themselves.

Most of the Incarnate spells are good. The new spell in Draconic Codex is probably the best thing we'll ever get (Summon Underlings or something). They're basically force barrages that you can move around and sustain since they automatically hit. Anything with a weakness to physical gets fucked by them since the damage doesn't combine. And if you can get a weakness on them, it adds up since you get 2 underlings per spell level. The main thing is it actually feels like summoning since you get to move them all individually and attack with one sustain action. Look into Necrologist too. It's not the best mechanically, but is pretty fun at higher levels once you have enough of the feats to customize it.

Oracle is sort of halfway between Cloistered Cleric and a Divine Sorcerer. You're still a squishy caster with the Divine spell list, and you're going to play like one. You get more spells per level than a Cleric does, but you don't get Cleric's free Heal slots. You're a spontaneous caster with a repertoire of spells known instead of a prepared caster that knows the entire Divine spell list. You'll still be taking the same core spells you would as a Cleric, but what sets you apart from one are the spells your Oracle Mystery gives you and the Cursebound feats you have access to. As Flames, your early levels will be similar to a standard Cleric's but with the option to smack anything that decides to get too close to you with Ignition or Breathe Fire. You aren't a frontliner, you're a backliner with a backup plan. As you level up you'll get more blasting options to blow people up with when you aren't buffing or healing. Unfortunately Incendiary Aura just isn't very good. You'd be better off taking Domain Acumen at level 2 to get Fire Ray and using your focus points on it instead. Your later Flames focus spells are fine though. Cursebound feats are also really good, so you might want to pick up another option than your starting one early on. Just be careful when using them since they'll set you on fire.

Personally, I would say Incendiary Aura is actually good IF your party is willing to scale up with you. Since ANY fire damage triggers the persistent damage, you can tack on plenty of additional damage and tackle early-game Regeneration foes much easier. If you are the only one tossing flames, you are SUBSTANTIALLY less of a threat. But even some like an Alchemist Fire or Ignition can help pump up the DPS. You also come with Fortell Harm, so you can always trigger it after a commitment.

Although that's intuitively weird, I'm not totally convinced it's strictly wrong. A sharp, hard object is going to cause more damage than a big blunt one with the same energy behind it.
The trick is that battering rams aren't actually meant to punch through gates and doors. They spread the impact out so that the force is applied to the hinges and locks, which are usually the 'weak point'. This is especially obvious when you look at police battering rams in use, as they actually aim at the lock for maximum effect. However, the general principle applies to medieval battering rams too.

Just an absolute ton of little problems. No one of them would be enough to make it a bad supplement, and even all of them together are manageable if you know what you're doing, but it can be a tricky book for novice GMs.
Some of the gear seems worse than modern-day equivalents (e.g. conventional handguns). Some is absurdly good (e.g. ETC guns). Maces are pretty light. Heavy for the size, sure, but something like 1.2kg is on the extreme upper end of what was actually used, and were generally lighter. A typical longsword is 1.1-1.3 kg. So they aren't heavy, if they weigh as much as a sword, even if significantly shorter.

There are the general aspects which always apply. Interesting theme, well-integrated mechanics, all that.

But one throughline for most games I like is the strong sense of buildup and power progression. Whether it's starting out with nothing but 17 pounds in Brass and using them to build up an industrial behemoth shitting out dozens of pounds each turn, or starting with one pizza chain selling one pizza to saturating the market in FCM, or starting with one weak ass fighter in your home planet in Eclipse and getting to the stage of owning several sectors with xboxhueg dreadnoughts staring down everyone who would get in my way.

A good capper to that kind of gameplay is the explosive finale it tends to provide.
