Stamboulieh Law makes weekly videos on all the latest lawfare:
https://youtube.com/@2alaw

You've heard of FRTs, but what's a "super safety"?
>uses the safety to force the reset of the trigger
>allows for way more trigger options (you just have to trim two places)
>invented by Tim Hoffman (https://hoffmantactical.com)
>gifted to the world to freely 3D print
>enterprising people now selling super safeties made of steel (recommend at least 4140)
>cheaper than an FRT ($90-$150)
>originally a 3-position cross-bolt safety
>left is safe, right is semi, middle is super
>3-position 90° super safety selectors are now available

That bssquirts is just a knockoff of the AZ regulator, which has been out way longer.
I'm all for proliferation, but it is a bummer that in the current market space we're seeing a ton of copy cats peddling bullshit.
>>
>>64655793
Where are you seeing this? Nothing new on IG and the production status page was last updated on the 8th. He never responded to me on IG when I ordered on the 8th for a MP5 clone. The ATF raided him and its Joever for me isn't it?
>>
>>64658858
It's on the page for the arc on the site, they added the next batch info a few days ago. ATF isn't going to take another run at FRTs until Newsom is in office, get them while you can.

That aside anyone actually install and run one of the Diablo AK frts? The Beryl one from the same company looks cool but there really aren't any in depth videos and I'd imagine it's exclusive to the Beryl due to the left side selector (it's only a selector not a safety). I think having an frt draco like a PM MD 90 clone with a can would be a lot of fun. They both seem to be pretty new, I'd really like to hear some personal anecdotes.

This gun looks cool af but is it any useful? Guess it might be better against an angry bear than 10 mm but nobody values his life enough to buy a $1900 gun for this purpose.

Isn't such capable platform (gas operated with rotating bolt) unnecessary for 357 magnum, considering that 10 mm isn't much weaker and there are glocks chambered in it?

Have you ever shot it? What caliber was it and how it felt compared to 1911?

I owned one and sold it because it didn't do anything particularly well. It's heavier and worse than large caliber revolvers and doesn't have a much larger capacity either. If you really want a big gun that you can justify as bear defense, buy a revolver chambered in something like 45-70 or 500S&W

it's not that super powerful dude. 500S&W has anywhere from double to triple the energy of 50ae.

The only real advantage I can think of that the Desert Eagle has over the powerful revolvers is you can quickly reload it with another magazine, but that should never factor into anything in a real-world application

That's better than I expected desu. Neither police departments nor gangbangers are loading AP rounds into their guns so I'm happy with that.

And in any case, we set a $100 limit on gifts.
>>
>>64658650
Gangbangers are increasingly picking up green tips for use in ARPs. M855 is easy as long as you aren't running all-PE plates.
Police departments are a mixed bag. The apparent preference is still "barrier blind" 5.56 per Dr. Gary K Robert's recs, which isn't really AP. It just will get you through automobile glass / panels and intermediate barriers fine and then still produce good, FBI-standard terminal ballistics.
SWAT teams, especially trained snipers, will have access to AP ammunition of significant capability. 7.62x51mm Swiss P AP is $2 a round on dept letterhead, and will kill most Level IV plates. It's somewhat better than M993, the XSAPI threat. The list of plates rated to stop it is very short. Gilliam 8002, Adept Colossus, TAS Xtreme, Tencate CX-950 IC, a REV. D XSAPI possibly, REV. C and earlier if backed with stouter than required soft armor and standoff is favorable. Some old Ceradynes were advertised to do it but those are rarer than hen's teeth now and old Ceradynes are inadvisible now for various reasons.

Long story short is the government has access to rounds that will pierce any plate. Swiss P is very old and weak compared to the newer stuff. It's a probability game, not possibility. The rounds are there, question is how often they'll show up. Swiss P is also in private possession, rarely, along with M993.
>>
If anyone wants proof of the "Swiss P for $2 a round" deal, here's the link.

>>
Anyone want pulled .30-06 M2AP projos? $295 for 111. Reload these into a .300 winmag, weatherby, or RUM to about 3,300ft/s and you can clear most Level IV plates. IVs are only required to stop this round up to 2,910ft/s.

Funny enough there have been a series of upgrades to airfields that service Kinzhal capable aircraft and signs of major maininence being done on those aircraft.

Why is it so funny? Because someone is spending alot of money and effort to get the Norks il-28s up and working. The interesting thing there is it's only the Il-28s being fixed up, not the more modern and capable H-5 variant which would require PRC support.

There is a non zero chance we will see Beagles in action. It isn't entirely retarded mind you, if it's just a stand off delivery platform it doesn't really matter what carries it right?

A big majority of canadians now support purchasing new Gripen fighter jets over the F-35. At the same time, the canadian government is looking over cancelling the rest of the F-35 on order whilst considering buying swedish instead. Will this be the first big loss of locksneed martin? How will the americans cope when their own neighbor don't want their overhyped fighter?

>But aren't the PLAN VLS cells considerably larger and deeper than USN cells?
Some are, some aren't.
>Meaning that they can stack more smaller missiles in them as well as firing larger missiles.
That's a nice theory that gets tossed around but only the USN has actually demonstrated that capability by quad packing the ESSM. Their main AD, AShW, ASW, and ground attack munitions are all one per cell.

Oh and I know you (conveniently) didn't ask, but the reason their cells are bigger is because they seemingly lack the capability to minaturize their missiles as much as the Americans can so they require larger cells. ie its an indication of inferiority, not superiority my slant-eyed friend. :)

On a side note, the 72rnd drum is a bit of a bitch to fill as the procedure is to open the drum up, crank the follower to make room for cartridges, then place rounds in the free space. The 9mm cartridges fall over at the slightest bump. Advanced users turn the follower in small increments to make just enough room for the next cartridge, but it gets heavier to do as the spring tightens.

On the upside, this drum design is pretty much impervious to accidental spills once you close it up.

People like Trump basically never admit their real reasons because they're incredibly insecure about them.
Or because their real reasons are shit and they know it.

They always come up with bullshit reasons but because the reasons are bullshit, they're not taken seriously so they double down on their bullshit.
It just convinces them that truth doesn't matter because if you don't take their supposedly plausible bullshit seriously, why should they give you their true bullshit that's even worse?

Japan struck fast against undefended or otherwise poorly defended colonial outposts using light infantry.

But this wasn't easy and they still ended up with mass starvation due to bad logistics. People just underestimate Japan in WW2 when they clearly had a huge 'tism buff that allowed them to execute complex plans so long as there's no variables at work.

>US later did the same to Italy

The Italians were done with Mussolini with the fall of North Africa and the south in particular was never all that loyal to what was a regime centred around Milan.
>>

the role of the navy is virtually left out of all these discussions

Japan dedicated their main battle fleet to invading lightly-garrisoned and virtually unfortified colonial backwaters with minimal naval and air force presence.

besides, the Allies didn't do that "fighting to the last man" shit. you might argue that this resulted in fewer Japanese casualties, but it also means that 150,000 Allied personnel could be repatriated after WW2 who would otherwise be KIA. And don't forget that this number could have been at least 110,000 more if the Japs weren't brutal murdering bastards

At the end of the day, everything is just a polite deterrent if you're retrofitting it, as another anon said. I personally live in a cheaper manufactured home, so even if I drilled into studs and the aluminum siding, it could be ripped out by any vehicle and a tow strap. Ideally it just needs to defend against being ripped out by hand. If you have a poured foundation you can bolt it into that as well and really beef up the framing, but for OP and myself something like picrel is probably the best option, and cheapest.

People saying just move are retarded. There were break ins and robberies in short creek (Colorado city) despite being 100% occupied by FLDS, in a 100% white and highly secure town. NOWHERE is immune to home invasions. Just plan to be more secure than your neighbors.
